Flex, Continuity, Scale and Strategic describe commitment, scale, flexibility and commercial planning. The collaboration model remains a separate decision.
No partnership tier buys better engineering, faster response or priority over another customer.
The appropriate tier follows the actual assignment and commitment. Scope and commercial terms are agreed individually.
A short planning horizon with the highest entry and exit flexibility.
Stable involvement on one project, retaining knowledge while contribution can adjust.
A larger Cell or multiple Cells across parallel projects, with contribution moved between agreed projects.
Long-term work packages or Managed Services supported by a concrete multi-year commitment.
