Collaboration model
Managed Verification & Test Service
Ongoing responsibility for verification and test, including agreed automation, environments, execution, reporting and evidence.
When this model fits.
Recurring verification or test infrastructure needs sustained responsibility.
- Responsibility boundary
- The agreed test scope, quality-framework interfaces and evidence requirements.
- Scaling behaviour
- The service can span products and operate through one or more Cells.
- Handover and continuity
- Maintained test assets, usable results and controlled knowledge transfer.
Agree the inputs, interfaces and evidence.
Establish the technical context and available material, customer decisions, required access, milestones and the outputs needed to review progress. Responsibility applies to the scope agreed for the assignment.
Customer context and decisions
- Product and business objectives
- Customer requirements, priorities and constraints
- Access to relevant technical context and customer-owned interfaces
- Customer decisions, approvals and governance inputs
CEVOLARION delivery responsibility
- Engineering planning and competence composition
- Technical execution and internal coordination
- Engineering quality of agreed outputs
- Progress, risks, issues and dependencies
- Agreed documentation, evidence and handover or continuing operation
These are typical operating principles. Scope, responsibilities, interfaces and acceptance are defined in the agreement or statement of work for each assignment.
Primary Engineer
One point of technical continuity.
The Primary Engineer joins the early technical discussion, helps establish fit and the responsibility boundary, and may initially deliver the specialist work. When additional disciplines are needed, this engineer helps shape the Cell and maintains continuity across interfaces, decisions and handover.
Compose the competence around the assignment.
One or multiple Engineering Cells can operate the continuing responsibility. Competence and scale follow the defined service, its interfaces and its evolving workload.
Specialist competence
Focused engineering responsibility and a primary technical interface.
Engineering Cell
The disciplines required by the work, connected around one agreed boundary.
Expanded or multiple Cells
Add disciplines, grow to department-scale capability or operate parallel Cells as the work requires.
Managed Services
The ongoing operating and responsibility layer around one or more Cells.
Explore the operating model ↗Review progress and change explicitly.
Review progress, dependencies, risks and evidence together. Changes to scope, interfaces, timing or acceptance are agreed explicitly so that the customer remains in control without directing internal CEVOLARION task allocation.
Maintain the service and plan its transition.
Maintained test assets, usable results and controlled knowledge transfer. Documentation, configuration baselines, open decisions and knowledge transfer are part of the agreed delivery. For ongoing services, review and maintenance continue within the service boundary; transition and exit are planned explicitly.
The verification scope, test environments, execution, reporting and evidence remain aligned with the agreed customer quality-framework interfaces. Release decisions and acceptance responsibilities are defined in the service agreement.
Compatible partnership frameworks.
The tier defines planning, commitment, flexibility and the commercial framework—not the engineering standard.
