Electronics & Hardware Engineering

Develop and mature the electronics that connect product requirements to physical hardware and embedded software.

Electronics work can extend from a concept or hardware issue through schematic and PCB development, prototype bring-up, verification and production-support documentation. Design responsibility and access to prototypes are agreed for the assignment.

When to involve CEVOLARION

  • A new embedded product needs an electronics concept and platform choice aligned with software and interfaces.

Define electronics architecture, assess MCU or processor platforms, select components and plan pin allocation around system constraints.

Schematics and PCB development

Develop or review schematics and support PCB development, including the low-level interfaces that software and other hardware depend on.

Control and specialised hardware

Undertake power-electronics-related engineering and FPGA-related development where the assignment requires those disciplines.

Prototype bring-up and verification

Support prototype preparation, bring-up, troubleshooting and hardware verification, connecting observed behaviour to design decisions.

Manufacturing and variant support

Prepare or maintain BOM and manufacturing documentation, coordinate technical issues with suppliers or contract manufacturers, and support product or variant changes.
