It provides information about our engineering capabilities, ways of working and career openings, and allows visitors to contact us or submit a role-specific application. These terms concern use of the public website, not the provision of engineering services.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may browse the website, share links and refer to its public information for legitimate business or personal purposes. Website text, branding, graphics and other materials belong to CEVOLARION or their respective rights holders unless indicated otherwise. Any rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

Scope, responsibilities, deliverables, acceptance, pricing, intellectual property and other service obligations belong in the applicable proposal, quotation, Statement of Work, framework agreement, GTCs or customer contract. These website terms do not amend or override those documents.

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. For an initial enquiry, send a non-confidential summary. Do not use the public form to send trade secrets, controlled technical information, security credentials or another party’s confidential material. Agree an appropriate confidentiality arrangement and exchange channel with us before sharing sensitive project details.
Submitting material does not transfer your ownership of it or grant CEVOLARION a general publication licence. We handle enquiries and personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Careers and applications
Use the role-specific application flow for published openings and provide accurate information about your background. Only upload documents you are entitled to provide, using the formats and size limits shown in the application form. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
An application or submission acknowledgement is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of an interview. Recruitment processing and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy; any employment relationship is governed by its separately agreed terms.
