These are typical operating principles. Scope, responsibilities, interfaces and acceptance are defined in the agreement or statement of work for each assignment.
Primary Engineer
One point of technical continuity.
The Primary Engineer joins the early technical discussion, helps establish fit and the responsibility boundary, and may initially deliver the specialist work. When additional disciplines are needed, this engineer helps shape the Cell and maintains continuity across interfaces, decisions and handover.
Shape the Engineering Cell around the work.
Start with the competence the problem requires. Add or reduce disciplines as interfaces and delivery needs change; a Cell is not a fixed-size product.

Expanded or multiple Cells
Add disciplines, grow to department-scale capability or operate parallel Cells as the work requires.

Review progress, dependencies, risks and evidence together. Changes to scope, interfaces, timing or acceptance are agreed explicitly so that the customer remains in control without directing internal CEVOLARION task allocation.
Plan for the work that follows.
Documentation, configuration baselines, open decisions and knowledge transfer are part of the agreed delivery. For ongoing services, review and maintenance continue within the service boundary; transition and exit are planned explicitly.
