Primary Engineer

One point of technical continuity.

The Primary Engineer joins the early technical discussion, helps establish fit and the responsibility boundary, and may initially deliver the specialist work. When additional disciplines are needed, this engineer helps shape the Cell and maintains continuity across interfaces, decisions and handover.

Compose the competence around the assignment.

A specialist can initially deliver the focused scope and provide the primary technical interface. Additional competence is brought into an Engineering Cell when the actual engineering interfaces require it.

Review progress and change explicitly.

Review progress, dependencies, risks and evidence together. Changes to scope, interfaces, timing or acceptance are agreed explicitly so that the customer remains in control without directing internal CEVOLARION task allocation.

Make the result usable after handover.

Technical findings, agreed outputs and a documented handover. Documentation, configuration baselines, open decisions and knowledge transfer are part of the agreed delivery. For ongoing services, review and maintenance continue within the service boundary; transition and exit are planned explicitly.
